Multiple email reminders sent daily

Today my clients and I each received 3 email reminders for this form, although I've only set up 1 reminder: https://form.jotform.com/201737482246154 

This has been a recurring problem problem for every email reminder I've set up on any form. My clients are becoming annoyed at the up to 5 reminders they sometimes receive a day.

In this case, we cant replicate the issue in our clone form please remove the notification and create it again so you can reset the cron and the reminder.
