Form is resubmitting response multiple times

    I have had a client submit a form, but the form keeps sending the same submission - it has resubmitted it about 6 times now - with all the same detail on it. 

    Could you please look into this and stop the resubmission.

    I did check your form and found that you have received duplicate submissions, but they all were submitted on different days and times. I believe forms were manually submitted but I would suggest you following changes in form to avoid accidental resubmission of form:

    #1. Add "Captcha" field in form. The following guide should help you how to add captcha field in form:

    #2. Add a custom thank you URL in form to redirect users to a different page. The following guide should help you how to redirect users: 

    Please make these changes and see if that solves your problem. If you continue to receive duplicate submissions that means someone is manually submitting form again but you can prevent such duplicate submissions. Here are the options available: 

    #1. Unique Submission: You can take advantage of our unique submission feature to block multiple submissions from one system of one IP address by setting the "Check Cookies Only (Loose check)" or "Check Cookies & IP address (Strict Check)" respectively. Here is a guide to help you set unique submission: 

    #2. Unique Question: You can also use our unique question feature to prevent from submitting duplicate submissions. Example: You can set one of your question (like cell number or email address) to be a unique question. This will not allow a user to use the same cell number or email address to submit your form.
