Good morning!
I am having the same issue as before. I might just be missing something. When someone orders from my Jotform the Available quantity stays the same and the remaining amount shows one less. How do I change the available quantity to the correct amount? I mean, is there something I am not doing after I get a submission and fulfill it on my end? If I do in and change the available to one less the remaining should still say 1 available. It is saying 0 available because the one the customer bought is still showing up as not in inventory.
does this make sense at all?

Please note that the "Available Quantity" that you see in the Inventory settings, is just to put the total amount that you will offer. That will not change.
What displays as the "remaining" is actually what is left, in other words, the quantity that you have available:
That is the only counter that has to decrease each time someone makes a selection. Let us know if you have more questions.

I have checked the form, and it shows what is left, for example the product called "Himalayan Salt" no items left, because there are two submissions in your form where it was picked:
Also, the "Charleston Blush"(where 4 items were set to be offered) shows 3 items left, because there is one submission where it was picked:

When you restock the physical items, you would need to manually update the number of the Available Quantity in the widget's settings, to match your actual inventory:
