We noticed that there is a charge or $195 to our credit card on July 11, 2020, but we never receive any invoice or receipt. How do we check our billing and payment information? Where should we go after we log into our account?

Unfortunately, we don't have an invoice e-mailing service.
I'm raising this as a feature request to our backend team for evaluation. If accepted for implementation, you'll be posted here.
Note that your account is under Stripe payment. You should receive a separate receipt from Stripe to your account's email on each payment. If you can't find it, kindly check your SPAM box and/or try whitelisting stripe.com on your e-mail service.
