    2. Is it possible to auto-fill some answers by pulling information from other website? EG, if we ask for an organisation name, is the form able to come up with a drop down list of organisations from public databases?

You are able to prepopulate field information. This can be done in different ways.

For example, you can prefill the field information using the form URL. In this case, anyone who open the prepopulated link will see the questions prefilled. You can learn more if you click here.

If you have an Excel table with the data, you can use it as well to prepopulate fields. In this case, user need to enter a unique value in the form, and the form questions will be filled with the data from the associated Excel row. You can click here to learn more.

You can also use Dynamic Dropdowns widget, which will show a dropdown based on the previous selection. You can click here to learn more.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to dynamically update the questions. Once you create a dropdown, for example, it is not possible to update the dropdown values. You can create multiple dropdowns, and then show the ones which the user needs. This can be done using conditional logic.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Hi there,

Is it possible to get a dummy code so we can show our website developers what the code will look like (so we can embed it in the website)?

Can you also please send examples where forms have been embedded in websites?
