Having trouble changing my password?

    I can see that you have initiated two password resets and the reset links have been sent to your JotForm email address.

    What issue are you facing? Have you not received the emails?

    I received he email late, it had expired. My account is logged in with my google account, when trying to change my password already logged in. My google account password does not work. Why is that? Would it be the same password as my google (gmail) account password?

    Kindly be informed that I have successfully sent a password-reset email to your account registered email address. Please check it and follow its instructions.

    Moreover, if you would like to do it yourself in the future, kindly check this guide on how you can easily get it done.

    I have followed the steps and still no luck. My emails are coming in a whole day late of none at all. I check both my inbox and spam and nothing. I need my password changed.......

    I checked our email log and three password reset emails have been sent to your email address:

    If you are not receiving these emails, it is possible emails from JotForm are getting blocked at your end. Could you check with your email service provider or IT team if that is the case or if there are any email filters set up to block emails containing password reset links?

    Is your email linked to GSuite? Are you receiving the notifications for the form submissions?

    I am receiving the emails, way late, and by the time it is available the link is expired? I have never had problems with password reset links. My email is linked in GSuite. I wonder why the emails are coming in way late? How long does it usually take for a reset password link to reach the recipient?

    Hi @Romero_Jacob

    Usually, reset password emails would reach the recipient within seconds from the request.

    I have just sent a new password-request email. Please let us know how it goes.

    I had to change my email to another one, once changed, I received the email immediately. I wonder why my original email is not receiving emails right away, not untill the next day.

    We are not sure why that was not working. It is possible that there might have been any filters set up for that email preventing the emails from reaching you.

    I can see that you have been able to solve the issue now.
