Question about pulling data from a spreadsheet

Hello

I haven't built the sheet yet but have played with several widgets.

I'm trying to create a price quoting tool that is based on age, dollar value, type of program, male or female  and they smoke.

Formulas are not consistent so a data grid would be necessary.

Can you point me in the right direction?

If you require data grid, I would suggest you take a look at the Spreadsheet widget.

However, based on your requirements, I think you can just simply use regular fields, then assign calculation values to them which can be used by the Form Calculation widget.
