Upcoming Theme: The CSS in the form could not be loaded correctly

    My form is giving me an error "Unexpected error occured control_payment" and now my product list doesn't display correctly.

    I was using the App to make a change on my form, I added a new product to the list and new category, and that is when I saw this error start to happen.

    I want to display my products in two columns and now it displays in a single column.

    This is a live, public form, and needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. 

    I have checked your form and see that the product list was removed yesterday. Kindly access your form revision history and revert it to the version where the product list was present. Upcoming Theme: The CSS in the form could not be loaded correctly Image 1 Screenshot 20

    I tried reverting several previous versions and it didn't work. When I see the preview of the previous versions, the preview looks fine, but when I Revert to that version, the result is something different. The whole form is now left justified, the products are jumbled, not visible, the images don't appear. https://form.jotform.com/201805721820144

    There seems to be a problem with the form and started to happen when I tried to edit the form on the App.

    This needs to be fixed ASAP. This is a live form that I'm counting on, and it's not working properly anymore.

    Also, all my images are no longer centered, cropped to fit.
