Hey, so our COVID 19 wellness & consent forms are not going through to Verizon cell providers. They are however going through to other cell phone providers.It seems that it is going to Verizon's spam.

I'm not sure if I understood your query correctly. Is your form can't be opened in Verizon cellphone providers? If so, kindly share with us a screenshot of the error message if there's any.
