If I add paypal to collect payment when they submit their request does it redirect?

Do the paypal creditcard forms direct customers to a paypal login page when they click on pay or can they can complete the transaction from where the payment link was sent

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want your user to redirect to your form after successfully PayPal payment?

Please be noted that when you click on the submit button of your form, the user will be redirected to the PayPal checkout page where they will be able to make the subscription payment. Once the payment is successful, the user will be automatically redirected to thank you for the message of your form.

If you want to redirect to your form again, you can set the custom thank you URL of your form to the same form URL or any form. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

Is it possible to have a scheduling form so that people can see available times and pick one and then pay for an appointment?

Its for a carwash business so they have to see available times when they want to make a booking...can the form show which times are open and which are not available?

We do have an appointment slot you can use in your form in which your form users may schedule or select an appointment.
