How do I embed my form to my website?

    I am wanting to include the form I created into the warranty/returns page of our website. I was told I can get an embed code to embed my form into our website.

    I can't find an embed code that I can use.

    I also wanted to make sure the form submissions will go to our existing gmail account. Will they be sent to the email we used to create the account?
