Unable to edit submission with Appointment

    In terms of editing, it won't allow submissions to be edited because of the time part of it.

    I have tried to edit the submission and I had no problems with it. The only time slots which are not available are the ones that were already reserved by other users.

    Can you please elaborate on your problem with the submission editing?

    By trying to edit bookings now they have changed to tomorrow, I need them back showing today because they have now shown 2 slots tomorrow unavailable that are available?

    You can easily edit the appointment date.

    I have tried to update the submission from your form, and I was able to select the new date.

    Please note that you won't be able to select the date which is previously occupied. Can you please let us know which date and time you wish to select? Does this happen on all submissions? If not, please send us a submission ID where this problem occurs. If you are able to select the date, can you click on the Submit to save them? Feel free to send us a screenshot of the error.     Thursday 13th August 4:00-5:00 needs to be changed back to Wednesday 12th August 4:00-5:00

    Thursday 13th August 6:30-7:30 needs to be changed back to Wednesday 12th August 6:30-7:30.

    I have tried to update the submission, and the 12th of August is no longer available since the date has already passed.

    You are able to modify dates only the available ones in the future.

    So all along I've not been able to edit correctly but was told I would be able to resubmit form?!

    As my colleague mentioned, the reason you can not edit or resubmit the submission is that the date you are trying to select has already passed. However, if you select a future and current date, you will be able to resubmit the form.

    When I tired doing it, it was a current date/time I was trying to do and it still wouldn't allow that. When I was told to re-submit I thought you knew it was for pre-booked slots??
