The signatures are not showing up on the PDF download form

The signature widget is not working for the forms.

You have two tickets regarding this problem. In your other ticket, my colleague has asked you for the URL of the form in question and if this happens on multiple forms you have.

Your last form ID on this ticket is this one https://www.jotform.com/201563163242042. I have tried filling up the form, previewed the PDF, and the signature is there.

We need to know if this happens when you download the entire form submissions in PDF document or if this happens on individual PDFs. 

The form is also converted through our PDF Form Converter, so we'd like to know if you have a separate PDF document of the submissions. Unfortunately, we cannot check your account due to HIPAA restrictions, so any additional information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

I would also suggest verifying the signature if it's properly mapped/aligned in the PDF converter.
