Multiple submissions into single file

Hi,

We need a way to allow multiple people to enter their personal information and signatures into a single file. See the 301b sample screenshot. We'd also like to prevent people's entries from being seen by anyone else. Can jotform do this?

Please note that each submission is received separately. However, you can download all submissions in a PDF in your submissions section.

I've just checked your form and would like to clarify that each submission will have data for one Volunteer only based on your form. However, looking at your PDF it looks like you want to fill it with the information of all volunteers. The only way to fill out your PDF is for you to collect all the volunteer information in one form.

Yes, that is correct, in order to fill out the PDF with the submission data, it is necessary to add one field per each field in the PDF.
