Issue accessing assigned form

    I am having issues accessing an assigned form. It keeps saying unauthorized access and forces me to verify my email. Upon verifying through the email link I received, I can then see the correct form listed, but when I try to view the form, I get blocked by the email verification page again.

    I apologize for the inconvenience caused! Can you let me know what browser you're using, and are you suing incognito/private browsing view?

    Hi,
    I’m using Chrome. I am not using any private browsing.

    We did try using firefox as well and the same issue occurred. We keep getting blocked by the page that asks for email verification, even though I have already verified

    Hello Shawn,

    Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. 

    I can see that the form is assigned to you and it can only be accessed by people that received the invitation to fill-up the form. Kindly try to login to your account then on the My Forms page click on the Assigned Forms tab you should be able to view and access the form by clicking on it:
