Hi
The jotform on my website says it is over the quota, but it isn't - could you tell me how to reset it, so my clients can upload files?

It seems your account ektranslations has reached the upload limit of 100MB for the free plan.
You would need to delete some of your submission with uploaded files to free up some space or upgrade your account to a paid plan.
Please note that once you have deleted your submission data, we cannot recover them at our end.
