I have fixed the calculation issue in your form. Please test your form again and see if the calculation is working as expected.

everything works great now but now I have auto numbers at the beginning of each product. how did it happen?

never mind. i fixed it- thanks anyway!

Please accept my apology. I added the number in multiple choice questions for ease of adding them in calculation widget because of form language.
