This is what I see, if you still see "Form Over Quota" please try from an incognito/private browsing window - it's possible your browser is loading a cached page:

OK, I apologize for the inconvenience caused. You're well below all limits in your account, just to be sure I've cleared your form's cache again, but if it still persists please send a screenshot of that screen showing the form ID.
We have a guide on how to attach screenshots here, apart from your first message no other screenshots are showing.

lets close the deal. I'm now really fade up..
I have given you the link and was telling you that while submit the form its say over quota... Have you tried??? I guess no..
I have given you the form link too.
I guess that better refund the cash and do the deal close. I don’t have more patience on it.
I can't lose the market becasue of you..

i cleaned it and seems same..
