Hello,
We have a 'Marketing Request Form' in our Jotform account. Whenever someone submits a form, the task should be automatically populated into Asana. This was broken for some time and we believed we had fixed on July 12. However, we discovered today that it had broken again, as we did not receive 3 tasks sent through two weeks ago.
Can you please assist?

Hi Emma - Regarding the asana integration issue, please try disconnecting the Asana integration in the form you mentioned and reconnect it and see if it fixes the issue.

Could you please let us know the form in question? Did you re-tried connecting the asana integration?

It is called 'marketing project request' form. And yes, we have tried re-connecting the Asana integration several times.
