Not recieving emails on a submitted form

    As of today we are not recieving an email when someone has submitted a form. 

    We did not change any settings or the email-adres for the recipient, so my question is:

    Can we do something about this or is this a bug (or some sorts)?

    Hi Xavier, thank you for reaching out to us.

    I have checked your account mail logs and it seems all of your form submissions were successfully delivered to the email addresses you have set up in the notification email.
    You can check the same by following this guide: How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

    Can you please check the emails in the Spam folder? If no emails are there, then I would suggest asking your host if they can find some logs for incoming emails from Jotform. You can find all the of our IP Address and Mail Servers here: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. Also, please take the time to ask if they could whitelist us.

    Lastly, if both and don't work to your forms as the sender email, you can use SMTP details from your hosting provider as described from this guide: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
