Encryption

I have a form ready to publish and cannot activate encryption.  The option requires a password, and I have entered the correct password but still cannot get past it.

What do I need to do to encrypt my form?

I cloned your form and I was able to encrypt it without any issues. 

Are you getting some error message when you enter the password and click on the Confirm button? If so, please provide us a screenshot of the error message.

Also, please note that you need to enter the password of your JotForm account. 

You can log out, log back in, and try again. You can also use some other browser.
