    this is mark nguyen with wellworx in frisco tx.  we are having issues with the website resetting on our patients when using our office ipad. please confirm if this is a bug on your end or apple’s

    Hello Mark - For us to check it further, could you please provide us the link to the form that you're having issues with? Or if it's embedded on a webpage, please share the URL.

    Also, when you say "resetting", do you mean the form reloads on its own when accessed or totally not being loaded into the browser. It would help if you can share a screenshot or describe it in detail.
