Login Issues

Good Evening.

For the past 2 days I've been having issues logging into my jotform account through my computer. I've attached a link of the page i am directed to whenever I put in my credentials. The information is most definitely correct becauseI logged into the app on my phone and it went through. Is there a way to fix this issue?

The username of your account is camaramagou. You can log in with the email address or username. If you forgot the password, you can reset it.
