I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to add users in your account? Please note that one account can only have one user. If you want to add more users in your account, it is only possible in Enterprise plan: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/

What is your JotForm account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? I am unable to find any details with your email address. Please let us know any of your form id, form URL or web page URL where you have embedded your form, and we will trace your account.

We have two employees would like to get the subscription/license.  What is the procedures to get the license for them?

As mentioned earlier, once account can only have one user. It is not possible to add more users in account and it is only possible tin Enterprise plan: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/

I would suggest you to please take a look at our assign user feature and see if that fits into your requirement. You can assign form to another users where they can preview form and submit it as well. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/652-Adding-assignees-to-your-form

Alternatively, you can ask your other users to upgrade their respective account and build forms in their own account, but they will not be able to access your form.
