Is it possible to use JotForm for Membership information (name, address, email etc) and integrate with Square for in-person payments using the Square chipreader. We wouldn't be using it for online payments.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to integrate the form in the Square chip reader. Please check this guide for more details: How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Square

Also, It will help us provide you with the appropriate workaround/suggestions if you can elaborate further on what you wanted to do using the form.

We want to use Jotform in lieu of the paper membership forms we typically use onsite. Our paper forms are in triplicate so the member would receive a copy as proof of membership after purchase. Using Jotform, we will be able to email them a PDF of their form thus avoiding passing papers back and forth. When we sell memberships onsite, we utilize Square with the chipreader for contactless payment and were hoping to be able to integrate the Jotform membership choices with Square and use the chipreader - not online payment.

You are right that you can send the submission in the PDF format in an email to the user. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use POS machine at the moment with Square integrations. However, since you want the user to make the payment directly you may consider using online payments letting the user submitting the form onsite itself. Additionally, we do not have any payment submissions limits for the payments received using Square which means your payment limits now equal your submission limits. Please see the related blog post.

    Hope this information helps!
