Forms not displaying PDFs

None of my forms will display the associated PDF in Chrome; I cannot create PDFs, nor can I edit submissions. 

There are no errors, no indication that something is wrong, they just bring up a blank screen and the PDF Editor does not load. I have cleared cache, tried a mobile browser, tried an incognito window---all to no avail.

I was finally able to get Firefox to open it, but this is a major inconvenience.

If you can open the page you are referring to in the Firefox browser then I guess the issue is Chrome browser related? Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform and see if that will fix the issue in the Chrome browser.

If the issue persists, please tell us to which form this issue relates so that we can also check it on our end.

By the way, I tested this form (91324534361149) and submissions, pdf-editor, form builder works as expected on my end.

Thank you, initially clearing the cache and cookies didn't do anything, but right after I submitted this, it started working again... hopefully, it was a one-time incident.
