Storage Limit

Hello,

I've deleted all of our previous submissions and forms and it still shows our storage limit as being full. We'd like to test our new forms but are unable to, due to this error. Any help is appreciated.

I switched your submissions page to the old version for the meantime. Please open the submissions page for these two forms:

• https://www.jotform.us/form/92267402287157

Then delete the submissions data by following this guide: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes. If the issue persists, please give us permission to delete all uploads/attachments for the two forms I mentioned so that we can fix the storage issue.

Please note that deleted submissions/data can not be restored because we do not keep a copy of it on our server.
