How can I view incomplete submission?

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to view my 29 incomplete submissions. When I follow the instructions on your support web page about this question, the format is different from mine (there are no JotForm sheets, just an orange Submission page with both the full answers in document format and answers in table format at the bottom). When I click on Incomplete Submissions, there are no options to view, just options to delete. 

Please help.

Good day, what is described on this guide is only available for the new version of the submissions page(which we call Sheets). If you want to, we can enable the new version in your account. Please confirm.
