Why product not showing up on report?

We created an order form for our school members to order face masks in youth or adult sizes. Severel have ordered already and I just noticed in the submission reports that it is not showing what product the customers ordered! Can you please help and let me know what is wrong.

Hello Katie - I just checked that you have removed the payment field today. This caused the data associated with it to be removed from the submissions as well:

I suggest reverting to the previous version of the form before the product/Paypal field was deleted from the form, and see if it can retrieve the submission data.

I only removed that AFTER I noticed the product orders were not showing up on the submissions report. As an attempt to see what is going on. 

I would like to offer both check and PayPal options and having a hard time. I tried to put the PayPal checkout button back on the form, after my revision, but I cannot seem to get it back on. 

what do you suggest for offering both PayPal and check payment and still seeing the products ordered on my submissions forms? I did make the “my products” required now and tried it and it does now appear on my submissions report like we want it to. But I’m not sure if that will happen from here on out. 

You can contact us if products are not displayed on your submissions page so we can check it for you. We do not recommend deleting the payment/product field without backing up your submissions as all submissions associated with the deleted field will also be deleted.
