    Hi,

I've created a new form with a lovely theme, but, when the client downloads the form it doesn't have the same theme, how do I have the same theme as the form for the client?

Also, I've lost the 'Thank you' logo and my thank you page. How do I get that back and how do I amend the thank page to say thank you from me and the company?

    TIA

    Kind regards,

    Fionah

    Hi Fionah,

You can edit your PDF documents int he PDF editor and make it look similar to your form.

You can press the blue paint roller on the right side.

Then change the page settings to A5.

Then you can change the header background color and use the same one as your form.

    That's great - thank you!

Is it possible to remove the page line in the PDF?

Can you please point out the page line in a screenshot? So we can see what you are referring to exactly.

Here is how you can send us a screenshot.

    Hi there,

The line you are referring to is there by default. As it separates the pages. This is how the PDF will show page by page. If you take out PDF print then the pages will get separated by this line. So it can not be removed.

Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Thanks.
