This form is currently unavailable - Form Disabled

    Hi,

    I'm creating my first form and have gone in and edited it several times. I wanted to try the link to check it works if I include it in an email to others but it keeps saying: 'this form is currently unavailable'. Please could you help with this?

    I have gone ahead and checked your form and it seems that the form is disabled from form setting. To enable the form you may follow the guide below:
