    There is no submission ID, because the form did not submit. There is no evidence of it from anything that I can see.

    It is ironic that on 9/19 when there was absolutely no issue with a "missing" submit button, that the form did not go through.

    Yesterday 9/29-there was an error code that flashed (too fast to see what it was) and all data entered onto the form was lost. Again, I cannot understand why the submit button was not there.

    The common denominator to this is that this happened at the same house, same location on 2 separate occasions, 9/19 & 9/29.

    Is there a way to see connectivity in the area I mentioned?

    Please advise.

    I opened your form and it looks fine on my end. I haven't encountered any issues, like the missing "submit" button. Was your form embedded on a website when you encountered the problem? If so, please share with us the website URL so we can check as well.

    Also, may we know what device and browser were used when you encounter the issue?

    I'm not sure yet if it has something to do with the location, because it's quite possible that its only a temporary glitch. If this does happen again, please look for an error in the browser's console, it may contain errors that could help us triage the issue.
