    Hello @daniel_erbs,

Thank you for contacting our support team. Unfortunately, it seems that you have entered your entire support message within the Title section of the support request. This has caused your message to be cut off and we are unable to see the entirety of your message.

Can you kindly visit this thread via the following link and write out your question again? https://www.jotform.com/answers/2618278

Once we have the entire message, we will respond accordingly.

Also, please note that the small text box at the top of the support request is for the title of the request, which should be a short description of the issue. And the large text area is for the body of your message, there you can insert long messages and include images to explain your issue.

    Thank you for contacting us.

Apologies I'm not sure I understand what you mean by your question, could you please explain the issue in a bit more detail?

If you mean you'd like to delete submission data, please see this guide on how to do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-how-to-delete-form-submission-data

Thank you, looking for your reply!

    Hi

So I want that people can add a children and the details of the children

    e.g

if you want to add a child press here: "button-ADD"

once he presses the button ADD the following will appear (this I know how to do)and he can add another child and so on.

    1.CHILD

    2.Name of Child:

    3.Birthdate of child:

to ADD another child press here "button-ADD"

TO DELETE THIS CHILD PRESS HERE

What I don't know how to do is:

give that person the possibility to delete a child. What should happen is the text boxes 1-3 will vanish from the form and the entrys will also be cleared

    thank you

    Thank you for explaining that.

I may recommend you look at these 2 widgets, as they offer the "add" and "delete" options:

    https://www.jotform.com/widgets/infinite-list

    https://www.jotform.com/widgets/configurable-list

Please let me know if this works for you, or if you have any more queries, thank you!

    Hi

not really because I have around 6 different text boxes and they dont fit in the same row, (except with scrolling to the left but that is to complicated for a user.

    Hello @daniel_erbs,

We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

The way you form is currently set up will allow you to enter the details of 2 children, however, your objective is to allow multiple children to be added or removed from the form, correct?

If so, then you can either use the widgets that my colleague has mentioned and then inject CSS to style them in a way that will not require scrolling to the left.

Or you can also use the form conditions to insert and remove multiple sections for children on the form. This will require that you have a fixed number of children.

Here is a sample form I have created to show how this can be done. Please review the form and let us know if either of these options will work for you. Sample Form - https://form.jotform.com/202744705477056
