Can I put a limitation on forms?

Can I put a limitation that will only allow people to submit the form once every week from the same device/ip?

Sorry, but there is no direct option to add this limitation.

We do have an option to allow only one submission based on IP by enabling the Unique submission feature as explained here: how-to-set-unique-submissions-on-a-form. However, this does not allow submissions even a second time on the same form.
