    From my previous email to customer support from - which is no longer in use:

    Should I now proceed to delete the account? Additionally, how do I make the Business Funding application live for clients to fill out, as for now it's just form without any fillable capabilities?

    Hello Paul,

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    I can see that you currently have two separate accounts and I found the Support Message from the previous account that you are referring to. My colleague responded to that message and provided instructions on how to delete your other account.

    To avoid confusion, please follow up with him on that thread as we only handle one issue per support ticket. Here is a link to that thread -

    Now, for your inquiry regarding your Business Funding Application form. if you have a form that is ready to be filled, there are no additional steps necessary to make it 'Live".The form can be filled by accessing the Form URL.

    Also, I checked this form and it seems that you have set it to Private mode, which restricts access to the form to those not appointed by you. Here is a helpful screen recording to show how you can edit the privacy settings on a form:
