Question about pricing (and users)

    Hi

    I have been looking at your website and have a question about pricing.

    Is it correct that your pricing is not related to the number of users (either creating or completing forms)?

    But, that it is instead related to the volume of forms/submissions/data?

    Please note that one account can have only one user and it is not possible to add multiple users in the account. If you want to add multiple users, it is only possible in Enterprise plan: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/

    There are limits on how many submissions you can receive in your account. Please note that each plan has a different submission limit. For example in free plan, you can receive up to 100 submission including 10 payments per month. These 100 submission can be from 100 different people or one single person.
