    Hi,

i just created the free account on web browser using my gmail account and wanted to try on my mac. So i down loaded it.

The app on Mac only gives you the option of signing in.

I started the account with my Gmail account on the web browser but unsure what to use on the Mac login.

Obviously i'm not handing over my Gmail login as the app login so i must be doing something wrong.

    Thanks.

    Hi Neil,

When you create an account using a Gmail account the account gets created without a password. For username you can use:

    neileo275

For the password please use the following guide to reset it.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password

This will help you create a new password for your account that you can use on Mac.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

So without resetting, is it safe to assume that the password is my google password?

    Hi there,

No. The password is not the same as the Google account password. When you create an account using Google on JotForm the password does not get transferred. Using the password reset option will create a password for your account.

    Thanks.
