Switching to the yearly Bronze Plan

    Back in May, I purchased your yearly Silver Plan. On September 27, we began a campaign that caused us to exceed the 1,000 submissions that the Silver Plan allows. I upgraded to the Bronze Plan. Your billing system put what I had paid towards the Silver towards the Bronze. Right now there is a balance of about $64 on my account. Will your billing system take what is owed on my next bill from that amount, or will the amount be refunded? I need to know for our finance department. Also, how do I upgrade from the monthly Bronze Plan to the yearly?

    I checked your account and it is subscribed to the Silver monthly. You upgrade your account to Silver monthly from Bronze yearly with a discount.
