Build a form, that when emailed is always a pdf

The only way this seems to work is if I use a PDF to start the form.... is there a way to use the form builder and have it emailed as PDF when the user submits it?

I have checked your form, 202913871190050. You may attach the filled-in Original PDF form or the PDF submissions on the email notification settings:

In this way, the PDF submissions are also included as an attachment when you receive the email notifications. Please don't forget to click on the SAVE button at the email settings' bottom right to keep the changes.
