Is there a way to move submissions into an individual folder that is already created?

With the old view which you are in, no, however, we can switch you over to the new view(Sheets) which enables you this option:

If I switch over to the new view (Sheets), is there an additional cost to enable that option?

There's no additional payment for using the new Sheets or Tables. We can also switch you back to the old version if you don't like the new version. Let us know if you want to try it and we will activate it to your account.

Ok great- if it will give me the ability to move the submissions into individual folders, then yes I would like to switch to the new version and test it out.

Hello Eleni,
I have switched your submission view to Tables or Sheet view as requested. Kindly try to reaccess your submissions, and the process is similar when accessing the submission page.

I have logged in to jotforms and do not see where it has been switched to the new version. I still see the old version.

I have verified that your account is now using the Sheets view for submission. Please refer to the screencast below:
To verify as well, are you logging into the Eleni_Amodio account? Kindly try to clear your browser's cache. Let's see if it will make a difference. Please do get back to us if the issue persists, and kindly provide us with a screenshot of what you are showing on your end?
