Password reset is not working

    Hi,

    I checked our email logs and emails were being sent successfully to your email address. Could you please try to reset it again and check your spam folder?

    Yes - I was able to reset my password successfully to get access to my JotForm account.
    But - were you able to fix the error I had accessing the LINK to the jotform share using my cell phone JotForm app?
    Earlier today I could only copy my JotForm LINK to paste into emails using my JotForm account on my computer.If I clicked on EDIT function on cell JotForm app - nothing came up - it was blank.
