Unable to create a report

Hi there, I am unable to create a Jotform Report for my form at: https://form.jotform.com/202375928148058

Each time I select create a new form and then select this form from the list I am looped back endlessly to my forms and nothing is generated. Even when I try to use this form data with a sample report the same thing happens... Please assist.

We were able to see the issue you reported and it was escalated to the backend team for a fix. I've just received an update that it has been fixed now.
