Cancellation Policy

    Hi there,

    We are looking at upgrading our subscription to the Bronze package however we are wondering what your subscription policy is and whether we can cancel our subscription at any time or if we are locked into a contract.

    Hi there,

    You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you decide to cancel it without the 30 days then you'll get a full refund. However, if you decide to cancel your subscription after 30 days then a prorated refund will be issued. You'll not get refunded for the months you've already consumed.

    Please note that once you cancel your subscription, you'll automatically get downgraded to the free account. Then Free account usage limits will get applied to it and all the extra submissions will become inaccessible. For more details on your account usage and limits please check the guide below.
