Pay old bill

    Hi there,

    I had an old bill from Sept that was declined.

    I downgraded my account as to not renew next month

    But now I cannot seem to pay my previous bill

    Can you please help me to understand how to pay the previous bill?

    Hi there,

    Yes thats correct, I downgraded however last month it was a silver account.

    Can you access the previous bills / months?

    Your previous account subscription shows that it has been completely canceled on our end. And since that is the case, there is no option to reactivate the same subscription.

    If you want to upgrade your account to the same plan you previously had before, Silver Monthly, you can go to the billing page of your account and follow the instructions in the guide my colleague linked in his last reply.
