A customer took a time slot on my appointments form but needs to cancel. How do I add it back as an option for someone else to take?

There are two ways that you can do to make the timeslot under the Appointment field in your form available for other users to select again.
- Edit the submission on your end following the instructions in this guide. Deselect the selected timeslot on the Appointment field and resubmit the form.
- Delete the existing submission associated with the selected timeslot to make it available again. How-to-delete-form-submission-data
