Receiving duplicate submissions

    Hey I have a question why does the form keep repeating it’s application I have one person 8 times that’s counting towards my 100 forms free.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I think duplicate submissions were triggered when the form was filled out using a mobile app or Safari browser and if the thank-you page was reloaded. If this is the same case with your form, I suggest disabling "Allow Auto Browser AutoComplete" in your form settings.

    Another solution is, use an external thank you page rather than the default thank you message for now. So when the user opens the browser, it loads the external link instead of the default thank you page and this will not trigger submission.
