Format from Edit to Preview Mode is different

Hi, could you please take a look at my form. When I switch from edit to preview mode one is different from the other? I am starting to find this platform really frustrating :/

As per checking, you have multiple conditions which shows or hides certain fields. You also have an erroneous condition. Kindly delete the erroneous conditions.

Aside from the missing fields, I am not able to see a layout issue.

If there are still some differences, please share a screenshot from the form builder and the preview so that we can check on the exact issue.

Hi Vanessa, thanks so much for your response. I didn't even think to check conditions. I think it was residual stuff from cloning a form. Really appreciate your help with this one :)
