Question regarding submission data

    Hello,

I'm working with a client and we think Jotforms is the ideal solution. However, we do have questions. Do you create backups of our data on the server - more importantly do you create data backups of the submissions?

If we use the autodelete app to delete submissions on the server immediately do those submissions stay on the server long enough to have a backup created or do the submission have no time to have a backup created?

    Thank you!

When a form is submitted, the submission data is saved on our servers.

If you don't want to save the data on our servers, you may use the submission auto delete app. Unfortunately, no data is backed-up on our end once the submission is deleted.

You may still get the submission data through the notification email.

    Hope this information helps.

Hi Richie thank you for the swift response.

I had another question - is it possible to batch send a form to multiple people at once via uploading a csv etc?

Also, is there a way to encrypt email submissions? So I have to decrypt the email manually in the inbox?

    Thank you
