Jotform not uploading the photos taken by mobile

In the given form, If filled by the desktop I get the pdf and all the photos as an attachement.

However, if photos are taken by mobile and the form is filled from mobile, I dont get any pdf or attachement in the NOTIFICATION EMAIL.

In regards to your previous email. I again tried to fill out the form from my mobile and since it’s a virtual consultation submission form, the patient is required to submit 5 different profiles of his teeth.
This results in exceeding the combined file size beyond 5 MB
However, when I filled out the form from my mobile and clicked photos of the same size and requirements, the photos gets embedded in the PDF and an email is sent to AUTORESPONDER but nothing gets attached ( no photos and PDF) in NOTIFICATION email.
Even thought I have enabled the PDF and attachments option in NOTIFICATION EMAIL front.
Please help in this issue
