Create a form for multiple parties?

    Is it possible to create a form that one person fills out part of, adds a signature to, and then submits to another party to fill out the rest and add their signature?

    I'm trying to create a contract form where I - as the employer - fill out part of the info and sign, and them submit to the independent contractor/employee so they can fill out the rest of the info and add their signature to.
